I should win chef factor as you won’t find someone who loves cooking good healthy wholesome food more than I do. I’ve been cooking since I was ten and 17 years on I have a real passion for cooking all sorts of food and get a real kick out of seeing friends and family enjoying my creations. It would be a dream come true to learn from the best in Ballymaloe and take my passion for cooking to a new level.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
My dish is an Irish Sunday classic made to share with your family and friends. It’s a lovely joint of pork glazed with wholegrain mustard and honey and oven roasted. The spuds and cabbage for my Colcannon came all the way from my Dad's vegetable garden in Clonmel so couldn’t have been any fresher. My sprouts are finished by tossing them with some bacon lardons and some butter helping them appeal to the even biggest sprout cynic.
