Like everyone competing in this comp I have keen interest in cooking. Why i think i should win is i believe i have gone as far as i can with the help of cooking books and Tv shows and i believe the opportunity to totally immerse myself in the world of cooking will allow me to become the kind of cook i know i can be.It goes without saying the opportunity to be part of ballymaloe and to work with Yourselves would be a truely great experience and allow me to take up my hobby, professionally!

As they say Breakfast is themost important meal of the day. This is my Interpretation of the classic breakfast with gourmet twist. The dish consists of Poached egg with hollandaise sauce on toast. 3 oven roasted vine tomatoes with stuffings(Mushroom &creme Fresh, Bacon and sausage & Tomato infused with Worchester sauce) with strips of bacon and sausage on heart shaped toast with remainer of Tomato and worchester drizzled on top, served with side of Heart toast with creme fresh and fresh parsley

I love this breakfast. If ever I was up between 7am and 10am, (The B&B definition of breakfast-time) I would munch and enjoy and delight at this veritable feast!
Hahaha. I only met you once Barry but I seriously doubt you were ever up between 7am and 10am... unless you were getting home from a party!
