I should win because I have the appetite to become successful doing what I love. To do this I just need help with the final recipe and finding the right ingredients-Ballymaloe to the rescue! My passion is for food. I especially love baking and sharing my goodies with others. I also really want to spend 2 weeks with Cool Cully and stupendous Sully so I could become jubilant Jenny : )

Orange Oatylicous Cookies are made using the simplest of ingredients. There is nothing complicated about these cookies, taking only 30mins from start to scratch. With only 4 ingredients and naturally flavoured with fresh orange rind they SMELL and TASTE incredible not to mention look mouth-wateringly good. What food should be about! For an extra bit of luxury, when the cookies cool (if you can manage not to eat them all while they are still warm!) cover them with melted chocolate. YUM!
