I should win Chefffactor, because I'm passionate about food. I enjoy been in the Kitchen looking at cookery books and food programs, I am always experimenting with new dishes and enjoy bringing a new creation to the table. Its my dream to open my own restaurant but I don't have the culinary skills only from what I picked up myself. To win the Cheffactor, it would put me on the road to my dream.

I have a light orange flavoured sponge (orange flavour comes from the zest of oranges) with dark chocolate chunky pieces. Served with Vanilla Ice cream on a bed of orange segments and decorated with Chocolate Ganache sauce which I add both Vanilla and coffee to flavour the ganache.... My orange chocolate Heaven.
