I was very excited when I heard about Cheffactor. It is a wonderful opportunity to do what you love and to be in the competition. I would love to win because I am very passionate about food and for me family, friends and community spirit are very important and food always brings these elements together.

You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:

My dish is very special to me. The receipe has been passed from generation to generation through the family. My dish is a Winter dish which consists of lots of vegetables, herbs, beef and red wine. I like to think that my dish, "is the best of both worlds", you have your good food with a delicious bottle of red added!! The preperation of this dish takes about twenty minutes, and leave to simmer for about 40 minutes or a bit longer to get that real taste.
