I have often read with great interest the content of the 12 week programme, and that along with my intense passion for food, is what makes me want to win Chef-factor. I love the idea of learning knife skills without danger, of making perfect syrups, soups and preserves and of making perfect bread. The idea that I would learn about how to buy wine, store it and cook with it (already know how to drink it) is just very exciting so hopefully you like the idea of wild boar sausage & bean casserole!
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
My dish was a very hearty casserole of wild boar sausages with home grown fresh herbs, haricot bean, vegetables, smoked paprika and homemade passata which was slowly baked at a nice low temperature for a couple of hours. The potatoes from my garden were cooked until fluffy and were mashed with home-made butter, milk and seasoning until they were delicious, light and smooth. I love the warmth and comfort of this dish at this time of year and I hope you do too!

OMG let me tell you folks I have tasted this dish and words could not describe the texture the taste and the over all happy feeling this dish gives especially during the current doom and gloom out there......Olga is a superb cook with an amazing palate for flavours and a unique talent for making different flavours work together......I think she would make a fantastic ambassador for Cully & Sully and the experience in Ballymaloe would enhance the skills she already possesses.
Seriously folks it’s about time people got a chance to taste Olga's nosh. Words cannot describe this lady's talent in the kitchen. She has the ability to turn any ingredients into something scrumptious. I have had the pleasure of tasting this dish and it is just wonderful. Olga has an instinctive talent and a unique style to her dishes with inspiring flavors and high in taste quality, and this wild boar sausage casserole is no different. Cully Scully, you have found your winner !
