I should win as i was born to cook .my love for food started in college at the time i choose art over food was it the right decision yes at the time it was .over the years my passion for food ,cooking and flavors has grown .i would now love the opportunity to find out if i am as good as i think i am and develop my skills and take that leap people have been telling me to take for years and the only place that i want to do that is at Ballymaloe cookery school.

my fantastic fish dish is lemon sole stuffed with ballycotton bay prawns with steamed baby couregtte and buttered baby leeks a white wine, dill and lemon sauce garnished with prawns and baby herbs fresh from my garden .how could i not choose fish as we have the most wonderful fish in the south and wit our fab farmers market here in Midleton we are spoiled for choice.
