I think i should win Cheffactor because my dish looks and tastes great. I've used only the freshest ingredients, all of which are Irish produce. I have the passion and the drive to learn all i can of this profession and take it to another level and make a career doing what i love and do best, create and cook. to have a chance to train with the best in the business would mean the world to me and make my dream career come true.

My dish consists of: Steamed darn of salmon resting on a cradle of herb potato, surrounded by a medley of seafood and fresh vegetables with a white wine cream sauce. Garnished with a lemon twirl slice, cherry tomatoes and chives.
