I love baking and cooking! It's as simple as that, I think about food and recipes all the time - I even love grocery shopping, I could wander up and down the aisles all day!
I'd love to win cheffactor because it would be a dream come true to do the course in Ballymaloe and would be fantastic to get the experience. I'd eventually love to have my own food related business and this would be a great foundation for that.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
I debated for ages what to cook for this and in the end decided to go with a dessert. This dish is pure comfort in a bowl - I love cooking all sorts of food but baking and desserts in particular (as my workmates who better be voting here can testify).
I always like to add my own element to a recipe, this one is based on a brownie recipe replacing dark chocolate with white chocolate and pecans! Oh and why stop at the warm cake, that's icecream and grated chocolate on top...
