After five attempts I finally got it right. It started as a stir fry and I just wanted a bit more taste. My dish is Honey Coconut Chicken, I dice the chicken dip it in coconut, egg white, and cornflour, into a wok on a medium heat, when browned I remove and add my veg and beansprouts. In a pan I add rice, egg, red pepper and make egg fried rice. When the wok is cookin the veg, I add two spoons of honey. Then I add the chicken and another spoon of honey. And viola Honey Coconut Chicken Licken.
