I am in need of some serious professional help and guidance to take me from my basic beginnings to become an accomplished chef! I've been running a blog http://lola-luskitchen.blogspot.com/ with my partner in 'Culinary Crime' for nearly two years.Last week I lost my job where I have been for the last four years. Sadly as well as loosing my job, I'll also be loosing the kitchen I shared with my friend. Please Cully and Sully help me cook my way out of this recession and onto a great new career

No technically my signature dish – but I hope you like it! Dry fried cumin and coriander; spice this wonderful lamb, along with shallots, garlic, cayenne pepper and paprika The sauce is strengthened with tomatoes and sweetened with prunes, then finished with fragrant fresh coriander. Served in a harrisa spiced, butternut squash. Saffron & sumac spiced bulgur wheat accompanies, dotted with pomegranate and black mustard seeds and dressed with a cooling yogurt and mint dressing. Feast for the eyes
