There is no other way to say it. I LOVE FOOD!Winning would be a dream come true. In college friends gave up trying to talk to me while I was eating as I was so engrossed in relishing food. My mind blocks out all interruptions. I explore and savour every bite and flavour. I am always trying out new recipes and love experimenting with recipes of my own. Every week I bake friends treats for feedback as I love baking for others and take great satisfaction from their delight in my culinary creations.

My 'mint crisp delights' are rich, moist chocolate cupcakes, with a mixture of with crunchy mint crisp pieces topped with a refreshing layer of mint icing .The ingredients I used are butter, sugar, eggs, flour, baking soda, salt, coco powder, cream, peppermint essence, dairy milk mint crisp chocolate bars. For the icing I used butter, icing sugar and peppermint essence. They are as delightful to eat as they are to make.

Triona is always slaving in the kitchen treating her friends to her latest cakes and baked delights! She has made these delicious treats on many occasions for me and my mates and is constantly plagued by us to make them everytime she visited us in college!
