I would love to have the opportunity to compete in Cheffactor as I am very passionate about food! I have been cooking and baking since a young age but only over the past 5years have come to realise my love for the skill. I'm always exploring flavours and I find myself getting very excited when cooking with new ingredients. I really love cooking for my friends and family as I think food is a great joy in life if you do it with care. It is a dream of mine to learn to cook professionally :)

Mexican Tlayudas are like messy open pizzas but without the unhealthy greasy element. I took a basic recipe & made it my own by adding new subtle flavours & vege including: slowly roasted ripe tomatoes in vinegar, fresh chive greens, honey grilled string beans & lightly fried spinach. I made the flatbread from scratch and topped it with guacamole, mozzarella, cheddar, spicy chilli chicken & then the tasty vege! This was finished with a dollop of creme fraiche and side of soft sweet potatoes-mmm!
