I love everything about food, eating it,making it & sharing it with friends & family. While I enjoy cooking, my passion is baking.I love getting great results from simple, honest ingredients.People have said 'you should give up the day job' believe me if I could I would!I would love to become a more rounded cook & winning Cheffactor would provide that opportunity.I've often thought(or maybe dreamed!) about baking on a commercial level & I'd love Cully & Sully's advice & direction.

These muffins are so simple & easy to make & utterly delicious to taste. They literally melt in your mouth.The fusion of coffee flavour with the hazelnut texture, really works with the indulgent chocolate hazelnut frosting.They are the perfect treat with a hot cuppa.These muffins are just the ticket to bring to a friends house for afternoon tea, to brighten up my colleagues Monday morn coffee break or just to pamper yourself!Only 15 mins to prepare & 20 mins in the oven,who'd be without them!
