The dish is Murgh Mirani(a.k.a'buttered chicken').This dish for me originates from my local Indian(thank you for your inspiring service,and forgive us for our awkward,flustered phonecalls).Its real origins(thankyou wikipedia!) is Punjab in north India,and as usually the case the dish is completely different to what we are served in our takeaways(waay more spicey!!). I met a balance between the two as I knew most non-Indian palates would ajust to such intensity,thus the conception of triple M!!.
