As a child i got an Á la carte kitchen from santa and ever since then i have wanted to be a chef.A few years ago I started to write my recipes down in the hope that one day people would try out my recipes and enjoy them as much as i do.I would love to be given the chance to prove how passionate i am about cooking and show you how hard i am willing to work to become a chef.Its my dream and I would work very hard for it."Cooking is like love, it should be entered into abandon or not at all"
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
The dish that i created is my favourite meal to cook and is a favourite with all the family.It is a whole chicken cut into pieces which is marinated for 24 hours before being slow roasted and served on a bed of spring onion mash with Pak Choi, Roasted Red Peppers and Parsnip Crisps. The chicken has an oriental feel to it and ingredients include chillies,garlic,soy sauce,sesame oil and hoi sin sauce.It will warm you up on a winters evening but is lovely with salad during summer months also.
