I want to have a career Im proud of.To do something I enjoy and make money from it would be a dream.Cooking and Baking have remained a joy throughout my life.I love the reactions I get when people eat what I make but Ive no confidence in my ability.My family and friends are always onto me about turning my hobby into my career but I dont think Im good enough.If I won cheffactor and did the Ballymaloe Cookery Course I would know all there is to know about cooking and I would have no excuses!

My dish is Pavlova.Crunchy on the outside and marshmallowy on the inside!I've made it so many times with different fruit I topped it this time with loads of whipped cream, juicey peaches and drizzled with gorgeous dark chocolate sauce.My Aunty who knows a thing or two about baking is its number 1 fan!
