I love food, when i'm in the kitchen cooking its like a stress reliever, i love to bake cakes and give them to family and friends and love to see their expressions on how good they taste, i love to throw dinner parties sit down with friends and have good food, to win cheffactor would make my dream come through and give me the opportunity to work in the culinary world, i would love this chance more than anything in the whole world, cooking food gives me such pleasure,

my dish is pan fried lemon sole with spinach and toasted pine nuts and a crushed herb potato with parsley and lemon cream sauce, i love to make this dish as i love fish and all the ingredients with it just go so well together,
