It would be a dream come true to win Cheffactor. Simply because baking is my life (literally!) im constantly baking and trying to create new and exciting cupcakes, biscuits, and my famous cake ball truffles. Baking has simply become a huge part in my life, i bake for parties, weddings and for a small cafe in Cork and i hope to one day, own a little cake shop (Daintys, I have it all painted&decorated in my head!) or even just at the side of the road, once im able to share my creations!

These cake ball truffles are the bees knees! They are made from moist chocolate cake, then crumbled when cooled (so sad when u see the delicious highly risen cake come out of the oven&know you have to demolish it!)then mixed with a vanilla cream cheese sauce&milk choc,then rolled into truffles&smothered in white chocolate only to be drizzled with MORE milk choc.People go crazy for these,thinking theYr just another chocolate truffl..but inside is a secret cake waiting to be eaten :)

this is one girl that 100 per cent deserves to win, she will put her heart n soul into that ballymaloe course and would lap up every min of working the genius' that are cully and sully!! Give her the oppurtunity to show you what shes made of, you wont regret it!!
This girl has baked for a number of parties I have thrown.Not only do her cakes LOOK amazing they taste even BETTER,if thats possible.... These truffles never made it to my guests I ate them all. I think she deserves to win as she is a gifted baker
