You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
This lovely warming and delicious lamb tagine is made with organic shoulder of lamb from my local butcher, mixed with exotic Moroccan spices, onions and tomatoes and cooked slowly in the oven until the meat is wonderfully tender. I serve it with Couscous laced with lots of fresh herbs and some spring onion for bite. This dish is perfect served with a tasty red and good company xxx
