I love cooking. It is a huge passion of mine. I love nothing more than leafing through the pages a good cookery book and have a slight addiction to watching cooking programs on telly. Doing the Ballymaloe cookery course has been a dream of mine for quite a few years now. I would love to expand my knowledge, become a better cook and eventually hopefully enter the professional realm. One day I would like to own my own bakery/cafe.

I have made a lemon posset with a wild blackberry compote and an almond tuile. It is the first time i have made this but lemon possset is one of my favourite puddings do I thought I would give it a go.
