I grew up spending Summers by the coast catching tasty fruits of the sea. Watching my aunt prepare delicious dishes inspired my love and development of cooking. Being given the opportunity to be taught by Ballyamloe experts my future dream would be to experiment and design recipies combining creativity and innovation in cooking. My ultimate wish would be to share and pass on my passion for cooking with others. Working with food, and recipies has always been my ultimate career and life goal.

This is the perfect dinner party 1 dish wonder. The combination of szechuan sauce poured over spaghetti with peppers and scallions served as main course vegetarian or with seafood / meat makes it a winner dish always wowing dinner party guests served hot or cold.12 ingredients blitzed in a food processor create a very flavoured sauce poured over spaghetti served in a large platter centre table appeals to all food pallets allowing self service with minimal wash up. Guaranteed to impress everyone
