My story is the classic love story of ‘girl meets food’! I first discovered the magic of cooking from my mum when I was very little. I do, pretty simply, relish the preparation of a meal. I delight in throwing onions into a hot pan, hearing them sizzle, watch them change colour and smell that fantastic tang as they cook. I consider cooking my art, how I show my creativity. I have entered Cheffactor because I would really relish the opportunity to train at Ballymaloe and learn from the greats! :)

There’s nothing better than biting into something particularly delicious, served in great company! No Sir-ee Bob! So, the above photo was taken by my lovely housemates and friends before we quickly devoured stacks of honey drizzled-pancakes, packed with blueberries, strawberries, bananas and more mangos than you can shake a stick at! Diverging from your ho hum run-of-the mill pancakes, the above contain combinations of bananas and pecans, apple and cinnamon, and gooey white chocolate chips! Yum!
