Sometimes I dont get things right and would love to be able to get it right everytime, especially for my guests sake! Cooking full time would be my dream come true and winning Cheffactor would be the start of that dream. So go on, let me make you happy... you know you want to.... really you do! ;~D

I've called my dish Kelly's Phabulous Pheasant as it is just that. It is roast breast of pheasant on a bed of Colcannon, with confit pheasant leg and a pheasant sausage, drizzled with game jus. This dish is very special to me as all the ingredients are home-grown. I picked the veg, dispatched the bird, plucked it and cleaned it out before turning it into the dish it is (was!). And to honour the bird, every part of it was used so there was absolutely no waste. Delicious and Economical too.

Kelly, your dish looks amazing and you definitely sound passionate about cooking. I hope you win!!YOu deserve it
Looks absolutely scrummy!
This looks like something I would REALLY like to eat and well done on using the entire bird. Lot's of skill there too making the sausage and cooking the confit leg. It's great to see local Irish produce being championed and turned into such a delicious looking dish which I am sure packs lots of seasonal autumnal flavour. Very well done Kelly - I hope you get to cook this for the judges to taste.
The dish looks fantastic, if the Pheasant tasted anything like it looked like in the picture, you should fly through this competition. Best of luck Kelly.
I would definitely order this in a restaurant. Looks delicious and I'm 100% sure it tastes absolutely divine
I love that everything is home-grown. It's very important to use what's on our door-step! It's a fab dish! I hope you do well in the competition. Good luck : )
