I should win Cheffactor because food makes everyone happy, especially me. I love putting a smile on people's faces and for me, cooking is the only way i can do that. I think this stems from my grandmother as every time we visited she would insist on cooking for us and we were more than happy to be her guinea pigs.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish: 
I marinated one boned chicken in lemon, garlic & ginger, left it overnight and then browned the skin of the chicken in a frying-pan. I placed fennel and cherry tomatoes on top of the chicken, covered it with slices of ciabatta bread and baked in the oven until the chicken was fully cooked, about 25 minutes. Its an all-in-one dish, simple and healthy.
