I should win Cheffactor because I love food...baking, cooking, eating..everything!I really want to work in the food industry and start my own cafe or work in a business like 'Cully and Sully'.Winning this prize would be like a dream come true as I've always wanted to do the 12-week cookery course and am trying to get a job at the moment to save to do this course quicker. I think the chance to meet Cully and Sully and learn how you got where you are would be amazing help me achieve my dream.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish: 
My dish is a rich, chocolatey and really delicious cake. I 've made it for many occasions and every time I do people ask for the recipe. It is a flourless cake so ideal for coeliacs! The fudgey cake is best left overnight before eaten. I always serve raspberries on top because the sharp, sweetness complements the rich chocolate flavour perfectly. This is a cake which always leaves everyone wanting more!
