My name is Juza and I am orginally from Thailand. My first love is food, food that looks good, taste's good and just as importantly is healthy. I should win chef factor as I have a raw talent with food and I love to experiment but I need some qualifactions and guidance. I have always wanted to learn about food in Ballymaloe house. I also feel Cully and sully have the right attitude with regards to food. I offer something different that this country needs and I know I can be a big success.

This is a Thai Muslim dish that is made with with a Western twist. It consists of beef stuffed with egg on a bed of Chinese cabbage. It is served with Yellow spiced rice. The sauce is made from Ginger and tomato sauce with red grapes. The dip which brings the dish together is a chilli and ginger sauce. The use of herbs and spices is what makes this dish so tasty.
