i am holding one of my families favorites Jolly Jenny's BBQ Wings. i use organic fresh chinken wings from green farm and marinade them over night in my secret sauce which has a soy chilli type flavor they are cooked in a med/high oven and i keep the rest of the sauce and heat it up in a pan till it starts to thicken and caramelize when the chicken is cook through its the i turn up the heat and put layer after layer of sweet sticky sause on yum! i serve with a mild chilli mayo and green salad
