I love to cook, I enjoy all sorts of food and can cook pretty much anything. I have an ambition to sometime open my own restaurant serving only the best fresh local produce, seasoned with herbs from my own garden. An amazing prize like this would make my ambition a step closer to reality. I believe the only way to own an amazing restaurant is to be the head chef yourself as only you will have the passion required to shine theough.

My dish is consists of Monkfish & Scallops marinated in lemon juice,olive oil,chilies, and garlic and pan fired gently. This is served with a roast garlic and red onion mash, grilled lightly salted courgettes and oven roasted carrots.
