Although Judy, my puppy, can't eat chocolate, she wanted to show off her Cully and Sully chef hat.
I have entered Cheffactor 2011 because I would RELISH (!) the oppurtunity to work with Cully and Sully and to become a better cook. Someday I hope to inspire others to create their own tasty creations through my passion for food.
I am currently studying but I would put that on hold to fulfill my dream of winning Cheffactor and completing the Ballymaloe Cookery Course.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
Little bites of heaven, on a stick.
Each cakepop is individually made from the finest Irish & local ingredients, where possible. Gorgeous sponge is formed into delicious balls & held together with the best chocolate fudge icing.
The cakepops are then dipped in really good quality milk, dark or white chocolate and decorated. My favourite? White chocolate & ginger nut crumb.
I sometimes make them with a gluten-free flour, or change the flavour of the sponge & filling for special occasions.
