I would love to win chef factor because the chance to attend Ballymaloe cookery school would be an absolute dream come true. My love of cooking has stemmed from a young age, from my mum making delicious dinners and always experimenting with food in the kitchen. I still have a lot to learn about cooking and winning chef factor would be a fantastic opportunity to teach me the ways around a kitchen and creating new dishes.

This is my Asian inspired salmon fillet and sesame noodles. I love this dish, simply because I love salmon and I love asian cuisine. The salmon has just the right amount of heat, with a few chilli's on top and spring onions. I added a little lime juice to give it a kick but without being too overpowering. This is a quick, nutritious and delicious meal I make on a regular basis. The noodles, I mixed in some chilli's, peppers, shallots, sesame seeds and a little coriander to the noodles.
