I would love to win Cheffactor because I would love to ultimately peruse a career in the culinary industry. I think that the course in Ballymaloe could really hone and polish my cookery skills and may eventually give me courage to enter into the gastronomic scene in Ireland. I don't want to use clichés and say that cooking is my life and I love food, even though all these things are true. I am really passionate about food and I love to learn new cooking techniques and work with new ingredients.

Beef Wellington is one of the nicest steak dishes because it looks great, has amazing flavor and taste. It’s almost like a complete meal as you have the carbohydrate, protein, sauce and vegetable all in one.
I first had this dish in Menu by Kevin Thornton in Belfast. My wife ordered it and loved it. I returned home vowing to recreate this dish. There are few dishes out there that can stand out as the best dishes in the world and this is one of them. It is tricky to make but worth the effort.
