Food Excites me! Not so much the eating as the cooking of it! I am Indian, but I love all cuisines and mixing it all up! I should win cheffactor to learn from the experts! I would love to start a bistro of my own that specializes in food with an Indian Twist. I would also like to bring unknown, but yummy Indian recipes to the Irish people. C'mon folks,There is much more to an Indian than chicken tikka masala! What I want to learn is how to run an efficient kitchen!

Lemon Rice served with Salmon Baked in a tomato dill sauce. The lemon Rice is a traditional south Indian recipe- tangy, spice(if you like!) and totally satisfying even all by itself. The baked Salmon is a mix of cuisines, the basic tomato sauce is a traditional Indian chutney, add to that the dill and the salmon, it spans across the seas! the dill completes the salmon dish and the lemon in the rice brings all the flavors together. You have to try it!
