From as early as i can remember i have had a flare for cooking. any chance i get to cook for friends and family im right onto it. I really want to open my own Cafe but not having any professional experience in the kitchen is one of the reasons stopping me. i live in a small fishing village and given this oppurtunity i would definately give it a go as it is really needed. I applied to Ballymaloe College last year there was no places. This would be a dream come true if i make it.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
Chicken & White wine caserole was homemade with some left over ingredient. I sautead onions added chicked pieces and cooked until it was cooked right through. Add 3 cloves of garlic, carrots and parsnips. Added wine over it an allowed it to simmer then added some chicken stock, cinamon, ginger and gara masala. I let it simmer until the sauce had reduced i added some corn flour to thicken it. I served it with baked potatoe chopped roughly and garnished with some fresh basil. Delicious!!!
