Food has always played a big role in my life. As a child, I was allergic to so many things, it actually made me try things I wouldn't have and eat a variety of different foods from various cultures and regions. The experience gave me an appreciation for all the fabulous ingredients that exist and a respect for dietary limitations and those living with them. I feel I would not only bring my background, but my passion for learning and interest in gaining culinary expertise.

Warm subtle sweetness from sauteed red onions blended with the tender nuggets of chicken lightly coated in chopped tarragon and sage. Broccoli brings a colorful balance with healthy vitamins to this dish. All surrounded in a light creamy sauce with a touch of white wine and topped with a crumble of garlic and herb croutons.
