I have been saving to do this course for AGES and can't because I'm unemployed and can't afford to save for anything. It is my dream course, you would make my life never mind my day if I won this. I don't know what else to say but I adore cooking, I think I'm pretty good at it, and it is actually my lifelong dream to go to Ballymaloe Cookery School. Plus my boyfriend would be happy because I'd stop complaining about never being able to afford to go:)

It's a cheap and delicious dish that made me love pork chops! I had always hated them before... It's a tomato-apple jam and marinated grilled pork chops served with feta cheese and rocket salad. It's simple but DELICIOUS and an unusual variation on regular apple sauce. Also, marinating and scoring the pork chops means that they are super moist and tender, yet have a crispy crackling! It's easy to make, and surprisingly delicious. Perfect to serve before a Cully & Sully pudding!:P
