I’m always looking for the opportunity to create something beautiful & unique.Studding art & hospitality management gave me the knowledge & improved my skills,but the real background came obviously from my mum’s kitchen & granny’s garden.Writing M.Sc degree thesis about Traditional Irish Food gave me better understanding of Irish People&Culture.I love good quality ingredients,experimenting,wok cooking & everything that comes from the oven!It would be a pleasure & an honor to win the competition!

Food is like a picture-it brings memories and food is like Love. Promise of happiness which we share with others.It's my own recipe of tastes & memories.Creamy cheesecake muss flavored by real dark coco powder,going with winter black fruits of forest(cherries blackberries blueberries blackcurrants and grapes),spoiled with smooth dark 80% melting chocolate & finally served with sour cream to break that rich, divine taste.Can’t talk about it anymore,you just have to try it!Please vote for me!!!!!!

Big thx to all the critics, mysterious or not! It is a pity we can't smell or taste our dishes through the web (!), but we wouldn't need Cully and Sully at that time ?!?
