My Passion in Life is food. I love cooking it serving it and sharing it with my friends. As I start out to find my niche in the food world I believe that "Cheffactor" is the ideal opportunity for me to establish a sound foundation on which to build my culinary skills. The reputation that the course already has will I believe be what I need to give me a head start in the culinary world. I would embrace the opportunity to work with a team whose passion for food I believe is akin to my own.

My Hake Bake is made from ingredients brought together in a simple and tasteful way to create what is a most enjoyable way to enjoy the great taste of fresh fish. Fresh Hake lines the bottom of the dish. Rich red peppers and onion are sautéed in a pan with olive oil. Added to this sauce are chopped tomatoes, oregano, sea salt and black pepper to season. The mixture is poured over the hake and all is topped with a bread crumb and a cheese topping. Garnish with a lemon twist and chive flowers

Didn't taste this myself but a friend did and said it melts in the mouth and bursts with flavours. Sounds delicious. Also a good healthy, economic dish for the times we live in.
