Gluten Free Lamb Burger with Homemade Relish & Sweet Potato Wedges

Cooking has always been a favourite past time of mine. I find it a great way to unwind. I love trying out new dishes and experimenting with different ingredients. I was recently diagnosed ceoliac and would love to be able to create amazing dishes that can be enjoyed by all dietary needs. I love using fresh produce to make great tasting dishes. I would love an opportunity to learn more about food preparation and presentation so that I can create tasty, reasonably priced meals for all.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish: 
500g lamb mince is mixed with 1 small red onion & 1 garlic clove finely chopped. Add salt, pepper, chilli flakes and mint. I used tomato puree to bind all ingredients. Split into 6 patties & leave to chill for a few hours. Chop sweet potato into wedges & par boil. Preheat tray with some sunflower oil. Toss the wedges in the oil and season with pepper & paprika. Cook for 40 min at gas 7. Heat a griddle pan to cook the burgers. Serve on a gluten free bun with side salad & homemade relish & wedges.
