I should win in Chef Factor because I have so much love and passion in cooking that I always input them into the food & I always try my best.I believe that anybody can make the fanciest food in the world but without passion & love,its just an ordinary dish.Cooking for other people what gives me an undescribable feeling of joy especially if its my family & seeing them eating their hearts out is a heartwarming experience that I cant forget and always embeds in my heart wherever I am in this world.

The narrative of my dish is a 333-years old legacy from Spain that has evolved into different Filipino versions but the main ingredients are soya sauce, vinegar, black peppercorns & bay leaf.And the version I used is from my Mama, adding some sugar to balance soya sauce & vinegar and simmering til the meat is tender to release its own fat(secret of a good adobo).Simple dish yet diverse,full of flavor & aroma.The fusion of soya & vinegar what makes it unique that lingers in whoever devours it.;)

Yes I can do that, but Ive chosen it to be a an authentic Filipino dish.. stricly Filipino ingredients and yes sobrang simple to look at but the process is a work of art ...
I didnt know how long Ive cooked this cuz its pinatuyuang adobo..
yes sobrang simple but I didnt know how long Ive cooked it cuz i used the Western style of cooking fused with Filipino ways, so the process was laborious kasi pinatuyuang adobo..

and I didnt use parsley and mashed potatoes cuz I like to present an aunthentic Filipino dish...

Pero ang aim ko talga ay makilala man lang food natin kasi infairness masarap mga luto natin kaysa sa kanila hehehe mga panlaban lng nila ay mga sweet stuff pero sa atin wala tayong mamahalin na mga sangkap pero we make it a good food!
