Classic comfort food can be nutritious - the legendary Shepherd’s Pie!Lean lamb or beef mince & in my pic there is also my Veggie Shepherd's Delight under Sully-mixed beans & a homemade tomato based sauce.
Both pies brimming with veggies & herbs - onion,garlic,parsley,thyme,carrot,parsnip,spinach, mushrooms,peppers,courgette,butternutsquash,broccoli. Topped with fluffy creamy mashed potato,sweet potato & real butter.Juices oozing provokes a mouthwatering aroma.Serve with homemade soda bread.

To answer above, yes the veggies in the bowl are those I used to make both the meat & veggie pie - very tasty if I can say so myself!
Reminds me of home Warm delicious food with highly nutritious vegetables. Just like my mother had ready when you arrived home from school. It is a visual feast, even before you eat it.
