You need two types of meat: pork (steak & sausages)and veal.First chop an onion and fry it until translucent.Stir in the fennel seeds and add the diced veal and pork steak.Fry until meat is half cooked.Cover the meat with water and let cook through.Then add the passata and season it well with salt, pepper and sugar.Let it cook slowly and allow the sauce to reduce.Leave the ragu simmer while you boil the pasta.Add fried sausages to sauce.Drain pasta, toss into ragu sprinkle with parmesan
