I feel i should win chef factor because i've always felt i was destined to be a chef! cooking to me is like a talent deep inside bubbling to the surface. I've been looking at the Ballymaloe website for years saying, "God, i'd love to do that" but unfortunately i've never been able to afford it. I'm a second year nutrition student & really have a passion for food. I'm extremely hard working & would love to be given the opportunity to let my potential shine!

Carrot cake has been a favourite of mine since i was 10, it took me years to try it because the word 'Carrot' always sounded so wrong put in front of the word 'Cake'. Needless to say once i tried, i was won over :) I named my cake 'Curious Carrot Cake' due to my innocent curiosity! I hope it makes you curious too!!
