I think I should win cheffactor beacause I am extremely passionate about cooking food. I started cooking mainly to help my mum and since my daughter, now aged three was born I have been cooking every day. I love to cook every type of cusine from Chinese to Thai, Mexican, Italian, traditional Irish and classic French. I have basically trained myself form cookery books and watching cookery programes. I'd love the chance to be trained by professionals as I one day hope to follow a career in cooking
