There once a little girl who loved nothing more than being propped up on a chair beside her mum while she baked,talking to her reflection in the microwave door and imagining she was just like Darina Allen with her own cooking show.25 years later, wow where did it go!,and now married with 2 small boys,I still dream about a career in food. I love it, cooking it, eating it,talking or reading about it so to get an chance to learn from the best would be magic!To finish, a plea from Cli - Why not me!?

The Yummy Squidgy Chocolate Cake is really special. The recipe was given to my mum by her best friend and has since been part of our family for over 15 years, it has stood the test of time and enjoyed on every occasion. This has the wow factor, perhaps not to look at but the wow is all in the taste!! Gluten free and made from very basic ingredients - eggs, cocoa powder, sugar, chocolate and cream, it's light but luscious and so very satisfying!
We all love it, hope you do too!
