Well one word - passion! Growing food, cooking, baking, stirring, whisking...and of course eating. I LOVE it all. I have learned some but I want to learn more from those who are in the "know". Cully & Sully can make my dream come true. It's cheesy I know but it's true...(mmm cheese)!
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
Let me introduce you to my courgette lasagne. The recipe I got from word of mouth but adapted to my own ethos. Locally sourced produce - about 22 miles in total and all free (well a lot of charm used :) ). The courgettes, onion, tomatoes and basil are from my boyfriend's veggie garden; the goat's cheese from Terelton and hey presto. Just so you know - only one courgette was tatooed in the making of this photo.
