Hello! I am obsessed with cooking, always finding a reason to throw on that apron and get stuck in!I spend hours exploring through cookbooks pondering through recipes to learn a new skill or try a new flavour or even create something new.cooking makes me smile.Cooking is my addiction. I literally eat sleep and dream food! To win chef factor would be a dream come true.I could learn new skills and throw in a dash of bubbliness and a pinch of laughs, and who knows where i could be in 10 years time!

I didnt spend much time thinking of what dish to enter for Chef Factor. I thought i would use one of my favourite recipes I created, which is a basic recipe for cookie dough. I have used chocolate maple macademia flavoured cookies as i recently met up with friends from the States and we got chatting about cookies etc. This dough is very versatile, any ingredients can be added! Also Cully & Sully - it is very marketable, as fresh cookies have nothing on mass produced ones!! You gotta taste them!!
