Cooking for me is not only a hobbie its a passion, and I realise now that I want to make a career out of this. Masterchef has been one of the most amazing experiences and almost made my dream come true, I left the competition just before the final but now more than ever I want to continue my learning in cooking and the ultimate dream would be to have my own business one day and I believe Ballymaloe with give me the start that I need to make it in the culinary world. Please vote for me!!! :D

My dish showcases my love of seafood. I live near a coastal town Kinsale and I am lucky enough to have access to the best of seafood all year round. I love to know where my produce is coming from and sourcing all my ingredients locally. I have made home-made linguine with a rich tomatoe based reduction and served with mussels,linguini,prawns,calamari and scallops!I have finished this pasta dish with dressed local rocket leaves from Waterfall farms! Its fresh, local and a perfectly balanced dish!
