One taste and you'll inadvertently start rotating the palm of your hand in a clockwise circular motion over your tummy whilst humming the letter 'm' repeatedly, whilst this may cause a form of mild embarassment to your guests, you'll be too lost in a fusion of summer fruits to care.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
Fresh fruits in the sorbet included strawberries, rasberries, blueberries, peach, apple, nectarine, kiwi fruit, banana & mango, 3 tablespoons of natural yougart, 1 cup fresh lemon juice, 1/2 cup fresh orange juice, sugar to taste, mint for garnish, blended then placed mixture in the freezer until the edges got icy & lightly frozen throughout whilst maintaining soft texture then placed on meringue, served up with freshly whipped cream, raspberry syrup and garnished with fresh fruit and mint sprig
