Basically I just love cooking, my parents are fabulous chefs and they have passd their passion for food to me. I love experimenting with food, and creating new and different recipes. I feel a good meal can really change your mood and can also bring family and friends together. I also feel that presentation is extremely important and I'm always looking for new and exciting ways to display my culinary inventions.

I am quite excited for the new Harry Potter movie, so I decided to make Butterbeer. Finally I settled on a recipe that incorporates milk, cream, condensed milk (turned to caramel), marshmallows and of course butter;it's not a recipe for those on a diet. Through trial and error I mixed the ingredients until I got the desired effect that J.K. Rowling describes as "a little bit like less-sickly butterscotch" I spun sugar to make the stirrers, which if you're cool like me you can pretend are wands
